This policy explains what we collect through the marketing website, signup flow, walkthrough requests, and live quote flow preview.
Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by the sales website.

What we collect
We may collect information you submit through this website, including your name, work email, company, quote volume, shop details, selected plan, messages, and signup details.
We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser details, request logs, device information, and basic analytics signals.
How we use it
We use website data to respond to enquiries, run signup, send setup links, improve Trennen, prevent abuse, support billing, and keep the website and software reliable.
Signup and setup links
If you start signup, Trennen may use your account and shop details to create a pending or active software account, send a setup link, and keep a record of the plan you selected.
Do not submit someone else's personal information unless you have permission to do so.
Live quote flow preview
The website may load the live Trennen quote widget from the app domain. The widget is intended to show how a buyer quote flow works and may collect technical data needed to load and protect that preview.
Do not upload sensitive or confidential files into a public preview unless you intend to use that preview environment.
Payments and subscriptions
Starter and Growth signup may redirect to Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles card details. Trennen does not receive or store full card numbers through the sales website.
We may store Stripe customer, subscription, payment status, and billing metadata needed to operate subscription billing.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Trennen.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information where the law gives you that right. Some records may need to be kept for billing, security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
Retention and security
